What FORGE Is
FORGE is RUNO's in-house fabrication and design studio in Tbilisi — a 300 m² facility where set design, structural engineering, lighting integration, and physical fabrication happen under one roof.
We unite scenographers, lighting designers, structural engineers, and fabricators who treat production as architecture, not decoration. Every line carries intent. Every material is chosen, not sourced. The result is environments that shape how people move and what they remember — not spaces that simply fill volume.
FORGE builds for events, cultural institutions, retail, theatre, urban installations, and corporate productions. The work does not get subcontracted. It gets built.

Stage environments, architectural installations, exhibition structures. Built to specification from technical drawings. The structure is part of the design — not a support for it.

Technical lighting solutions that define space and atmosphere. Designed alongside the structure, not applied afterwards. From festival rigs to gallery installations to intimate event environments.

Custom fabrication, mechanical systems, and structural problem-solving for complex projects. When the brief requires something that does not yet exist, this is where it gets made.

The Facility
A 300 m² production facility in Tbilisi equipped for metalwork, CNC cutting, a dedicated painting shop, and full assembly. The design studio works alongside the fabrication floor — technical documentation, 3D modelling, and structural calculations done in-house.
